(B)
Charges for tourist and casual visitors will be as follows Rs 400/- per person for General Category & Rs. 300/- per Student (upto 18 yrs) per stretch & each stretch is of 10-12 kms. long on the river Ganga, in between Kaudiyala & Muni-ki reti (Rishikesh) Participants are required to bring light summer clothes, floaters, swimming costumes/ trunk, anti sun burn cream, dark sun glasses, P–cap , torch, personal kits and prescribed medicines.

Fee includes boarding, lodging (Sharing accommodation) rafting/ski equipments (Skies, Ski boot & Ski Pole) & training charges at Assan/Auli. |
| 2. |
Student under the age of 18 years are required to submit a certificate of date of birth as well as a bonafide student certificate from school/college along with the application form failing with he/she may be charged full fee. |
| 3. |
In case of students, no participants will be admitted without producing the above documents and confirmation letter issued by GMVN Ltd. |
| 4. |
Participants are requested to send the duly filled application form along with 50% of fee (Non refundable). In advanced by bank draft drawn in favor of Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam Limited payable at Dehradun or at respective GMVN's PRO offices |
| 5. |
However, 10% from the advance deposited shall be deducted while making refund if a course is cancelled due to adequate snow availability. |
| 6. |
The balance 50% of the fees will have to be deposited by cash at the time of joining the course at ASSAN/AULI. |
| 7. |
Separate sharing accommodation will be provided to female participants. |
| 8. |
Participants are advised to report at Assan/Auli on the evening one day prior to the commencement of the course. Registration of participants & issuing of equipment shall be completed only on the 1st day of the course. |
| 9. |
Please bring along one recent passport size photograph for the Ski lift & chair lift. |
| 10. |
In case of accidental damage or loss of Rafting/Ski equipment the full cost of equipment & an additional penalty shall be charged from the concerned individual on the spot. |
